What are the enhancements?
Increase in nutrient-rich organs with some recipes featuring meat and organs as the first 10 ingredients.
New varieties of organ inclusions.
Inclusion of apple pomace for improved appearance and less crumbing. Apple pomace is also a good source of fiber to promote digestive health.
Up to 5% superfoods increase in select recipes.
Ingredient name change: Dried Kelp -> Dried Organic Kelp.
Addition of Collagen, supporting healthy skin, bone development, and healthy joints for mobility.

Beef and lamb spleen
Increased palatability and variety.

Apple pomace
Included at less than 1% to provide extra binding support and fiber for digestion.

Up to 5% increase across all recipes. Most recipes now include 15-20% Z-BOOST superfood blend. ZIWI Peak Tripe & Lamb recipe features 45% Z-BOOST superfood inclusions!
We've refined the protein & fat percentages in our air-dried recipes to make it easier for pet guardians to rotate their recipes.
As a small step of kindness to our planet, we have removed the plastic scoop from our bags and are changing our feeding guidelines to align with standard US household measurements.
Our previously provided scoop is closest to a standard 2/3 cup measurement (one scoop = 0.6 cups). This change along with our recipe improvements means your feeding amount could change. Be sure to check the correct feeding amount for your pet.
