Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Cat Parent Edition Giveaway – January 2025

1. Promoter: This giveaway is run by ZIWI Pets UK.
2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of Mainland UK aged 18 or over, except employees of ZIWI Pets UK, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the giveaway.
3. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must:
1. Follow @ZIWIPetsUK on Instagram or Facebook.
2. Like the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.
3. Tag friends in the comments of the giveaway post. Each tagged friend counts as one additional entry.
4. Share the giveaway post on their feed or stories for one additional entry. Profiles must be public for verification purposes.
4. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted from the time the giveaway post is published until 23:59 GMT on 30/01/2025.
5. Prize: The winner will receive the following products:

• 1 x Beef with Southern Blue Whiting Steam & Dried 800g
• 1 x Chicken with Whole Mackerel Steam & Dried 800g
• 1 x Wild South Pacific Fish Steam & Dried 800g

1. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The selection process will be conducted fairly and impartially.
2. Winner Announcement: The winner will be contacted on 31/01/2025 via direct message on Instagram or Facebook by @ZIWIPetsUK.
3. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the direct message within 7 days of being notified. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize, and ZIWI Pets UK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4. Delivery of Prize: The prize will be delivered to a Mainland UK address specified by the winner. Delivery costs will be covered by ZIWI Pets UK.
5. General Conditions: ZIWI Pets UK reserves the right to disqualify entries if they:

• Are incomplete or do not meet the entry requirements.
• Appear to involve fraudulent activity or manipulation.

1. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or alternative products.
2. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to ZIWI Pets UK using their name and/or social media handle for the purpose of announcing the winner and promoting the giveaway without additional compensation.
3. Data Protection: Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
4. Modification or Cancellation: ZIWI Pets UK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
5. Liability: ZIWI Pets UK accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.
6. Governing Law: This giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
